As we are offering many country destinations, the rental opportunities can be different in each of these countries.

Spain

Our office is ideally situated in the heart of Elvira commercial centre, which benefits from a great deal of clients looking for quality properties to rent. We offer long term rents; which are generally based on an11 month contract and can both rent out your existing property or find a suitable property for you to rent.

For short term rents we work with highly recommended companies who specialize in short term lettings. These companies have their own cleaning staff etc and can provide that hands on approach which is needed with weekly lettings.

Dubai

With many of the off plan properties in Dubai we can offer a rental package that offers a guaranteed income of 8 % for 3 years. As Dubai has a no tax status for rental income this is a significant benefit to our clients. These rental are managed locally with our representative.

India

With many of the off plan properties in India we can offer a rental package that offers a guaranteed income of 7 % for 5 years. These rental are managed locally with our representative.

Morocco

There are many types of properties that we can offer in Morocco and these are located within high quality exclusive resorts, which can provide guaranteed rentals. There are also beach & spa resort hotels which offer guaranteed rental income of between 4 – 5 %, with the added benefit of being able to use the resort for up to 10 weeks per year.
