Having moved abroad ourselves we appreciate the concerns involved and ensure that we address all of our client's requirements; especially the ones they had not considered.
Utilities – We ensure that services such as water, electricity etc are available and connected
Interior / Exterior Design – We have a list of highly recommended designers who are happy to do a complete apartment or villa project through to smaller jobs such as choosing paint colours or curtains etc.
Furnishings – There is a wide range of furnishing options available from the luxurious through to a budget driven rental package and we can offer the solution that fits your requirements.
Gardening – We can provide a list of highly recommended tradesmen who can offer a complete garden make over through to regular maintenance.
Schools – We have 1 st hand experience of finding a new school and would be happy to pass on all useful information.
Cleaning – We can organize from a simple weekly clean of your property through to specialized cleaning services such as polishing marble flooring.
Property Management – We work with a number of companies who can provide specific services such as sound and vision equipment installers, security companies, lighting engineers, pool companies, air conditioning and heating contractors, etc.
